This home has a great screened porch that runs the entire length of the Gulf- facing side of the home, offering a huge covered, screened area to enjoy meals, let the kids play, and enjoy the great views and fresh sea air!
A short flight of stairs leads to beach, with no street to cross.
Just 4 houses back from the Gulf Beach- this is the view from the front steps. Since this part of the Island enjoys a higher natural elevation, Island Haus 2 has only one short flight of stairs to climb- much easier for folks that find climbing stairs difficult.
